This can be accomplished quite easily, and without much guidance from the slope management. Ski slopes are generally a great place to find wooded trails and hills that make for an exciting mountain biking adventure.

Of course, if you aren’t already the owner of a horse, you’ll need to do a bit more investigating. Sometimes you can find equestrian facilities that use ski slopes as a scenic and beautiful riding course.

The beautiful view of the surrounding mountain ranges can be worth the trip itself. As long as the staff has the gondolas running, the ride will be a leisurely experience in itself.
